I've never been one for New Years Resolutions
Why wait until a new year to improve some aspect of your life? Why put off for 365 days for something you can do now?
Now, I’m not Mr. Proactive in anyway, but I am constantly changing whether I or others noticeat all. They all come in little and big things whether its my hair or a lifestyle choice. I will continue to pursue my life goals and hopefully they will be completed ASAP.

Isn't it funny?
Try to remember going to a new, fun place with a good friend or special somebody in the past. Can you remember all the little details? The conversations you had? Any random things that happened during your time spent? Possibly an inside joke that lasted for weeks? Usually the memories you associate with that event are good and might even put a smile on your face.

How I release
I let go of negative emotions in a couple different ways
1. Prayer
2. Writing (blogs or my journal)
3. Talking with my friends.
4. Exercise (runs, yoga, crossfit)
It took me awhile to figure out these tools to release any feeling of anger or sadness. Lately, however, the feeling I have been trying to get rid of is “loneliness”
