I've never been one for New Years Resolutions
Why wait until a new year to improve some aspect of your life? Why put off for 365 days for something you can do now? How I release
I let go of negative emotions in a couple different ways 1. Prayer 2. Writing (blogs or my journal) 3. Talking with my friends. 4.
